Expedite Instructions

Welcome to the CoreTek expedite portal, designed so you can notify us of any important orders you need expedited. This will help our team proactively follow your purchase orders and push for information updates, earlier ship dates, and notify you and your customers of shipping status and tracking numbers so you can plan accordingly. Here's how it works:

  1. Enter the User ID and password to the right, click ‘Log in.’ If you're not sure of the User ID and password, please call CoreTek at 360-696-8485.
  2. After you log in, click the ‘Go to the Expedite Form’ button on the right
  3. Fill in each field on the Expedite Form
  4. In the Notes section, please add any additional information which will help us more effectively track your order and meet expectations.
  5. Enter the text displayed in the Security Code section
  6. Click ‘Submit’

Once all your P.O. and expedite information is submitted, our Inside Sales team will confirm receipt of your request and begin regularly tracking/expediting your order. If we need any additional information, we'll be sure to call or email you with questions.
